The Straumann Campus is continuing to provide dental professionals with free and flexible online education options. This is especially important since congresses and seminars have not been possible in recent months owing to the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2. In the coming weeks, the education platform will enable dental professionals to enhance their knowledge of full-arch implant restoration, BLX implants and immediate implant placement, as well as indications for removable dentures.
This month, the Straumann Campus is offering webinars on dental implant therapy on 6, 13 and 28 May, as well as two online symposia on immediate implant treatment from 6 to 8 May and on 20 May. On each of the days, Straumann will stream a variety of webinars that offer an introduction to the topic as well as detailed treatment options.
Straumann Campus provides dental professionals with a myriad of webinars with a focus on implant dentistry and orthodontics. In the coming weeks, the online educational platform will offer four webinars, presented by international speakers, on how to select the right abutment for different clinical situations, on immediate implant placement in the molar area, on how to incorporate clear aligners into a comprehensive treatment plan, and on why immediate implant placement and provisionalisation can simplify treatments.
In this webinar, Dr. Susy Linder and Prof. Michel Dard will present the clinical decision-making process following tooth extraction, including different clinical cases. The factors considered in these workflows are related to timing, surgical and prosthetic procedures, biomaterials, costs effectiveness and patients reported outcomes.
