As all general practitioners have to manage a number of endodontic cases, there is a need to establish a predictable and easy but still successful protocol to be used in the majority of the cases without referral to a specialist. The general goal is to preserve the patient’s natural teeth or at least their roots and in the process neither harm local tissues nor damage the whole system. We all know that the best implant is a healthy natural root. In order to successfully treat the roots, we have to kill bacteria and other microorganisms in infected root canals and dentin tubules. In this webinar, Dr. Jure Poglajen will show already well-known endo irrigants, such as sodium hypochlorite, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and chlorhexidine, their proper use and correct sequence in combination with laser technology.
